There is a £40 cash deposit per item unless it is a Technics turntable which requires a £50 cash deposit.
If the item for repair is a whole hi-fi stack system please call in advance to discuss the deposit.
The deposit is returned to you if the item cannot be fixed or is deemed by our engineer to be not worth repairing.
The deposit comes off the cost of the repair with the remaining balance payable on collection.
If the item is going to cost more then £100 to repair we will contact you with an estimate.
If you would like a quote before the work goes ahead, it will cost £20 if the quote is refused and the item returned.
Repairs take 7-10 days depending on parts and your repair reference will be on the repair slip when booked in the shop.
